You do not have to be a scholar to realize that the Intelligence and Counterintelligence Services of the United States, together with the political extreme right, oppose any improvement in relations with Russia and, therefore, now they pass bill to President Donald Trump, for his pronouncements of reaching a reasonable understanding with Moscow.
Information about Trump’s positions towards the Kremlin, made the Yankee intelligence agencies join the politicians to counter the sympathy that this shows by his Russian counterpart.
The meeting held in Finland between the two presidents, the result of the secret talks and the press conference, led to the execution of a plan designed to manipulate American public opinion and prevent an improvement in relations with Russia, although for achieve it have to affect the image of their own President.
Trump, at his press conference on July 16, 2018, put the lid on the knob, when he assured:
“I do not see any reason for Moscow to have interfered in the presidential elections.” “I think that the investigation is a disaster for the country, it is destroying us. There was no collusion, everyone knows, I beat Hillary Clinton easily”.
The operation of the CIA and the FBI was immediately put into effect. Among the main axes contemplated in the same is the arrest, under accusation of spying in favor of Moscow, the Russian citizen Maria Butina and in this way reverse the positive effect that the meeting between the two leaders at the last Summit of Helsinki.
The information about this detention is widely disseminated by the press, with the purpose of demonstrating to the public opinion of the Russian “interference” in the United States and in this way avoiding harmony in relations.
What is written about the Butina case is worthy of the best police novels, but the smell that dismisses the manufactured operation is such that not a few will distrust its veracity.
As a copy of the well-known spy tale of the 1st World War, Margaretha Geertruida MacLeod, known as Mata Hari, drew the profile of the Russian Maria Butina, accusing her of being an agent of the Kremlin, under the publicity campaign that “offered sex in exchange for advantages in an espionage operation, to strengthen ties with a powerful defense group of weapons and to use Google’s translator to contact their sources”.
They only exchanged the Arab dances of Mata Hari, for more modern forms of seduction. Such a media crusade is not surprising, because they try to maintain the image that Russia is “the greatest enemy” of the United States and Europe, to prevent its technological and economic development.
Upon hearing the news of the arrest of the aforementioned Russian, President Trump’s reaction was violent, and lashed out against those who want to condemn him for alleged favors of Moscow in his presidential election. On his personal twitter published on July 19, 2018, he assured:
“The false news media want desperately to see a great confrontation with Russia, even a confrontation that could lead to war. They are pushing recklessly hard and they hate the fact that he probably has a good relationship with Putin”; and added: “We are doing it MUCH better than any other country”.
Vladimir Putin also responded to the Yankee hoax, expressing: “In United Stages there are forces ready to easily sacrifice relations with Russia.
We see that there are forces that put their group and party interests above national interests. They are powerful and strong people, who can sell millions of their citizen’s different histories difficult to digest, with a normal logic”.
It is enough to review the press to realize the editorial line imposed by the far right, against the positive results of the recent meeting in the two presidents in Finland. Attacks and criticisms launched by the media, value in a very negative way the behavior of Trump, coming to describe it as «shameful and treacherous behavior.»
Those who oppose good relations with the Kremlin do not forgive Trump for his statements and try to curb his desire to improve them. Different US intelligence agencies concluded in 2016 that the Kremlin was behind a campaign of cyber-attacks and false news on social networks, aimed at influencing the presidential elections.
As a preamble to the current propaganda crusade against Russia, last week 12 supposed members of Russian intelligence were arrested, accused of trying to hack emails from the Democratic National Committee.
The supporters of the war were alarmed by Trump’s words, that with Putin he would work to help solve the crisis in Syria, and “our military has been better than our political leaders for several years, and we get along well in Syria”.
To have a closer view of what is happening in the United States today, it is enough to know that the president of the United States House of Representatives, Paul Ryan, alleged:
“The President must consider that Russia is not our ally. There is no moral equivalence between the United States and Russia, which remains hostile to our most basic values and ideals”.
More severe was the Republican senator John McCain, who considered the conference as “one of the most shameful actions of a US president that has memory”.
Democratic Senator Mark Warren, described as “a complete disgrace, the fact that the President side with Putin, instead of supporting their own intelligence officials, and blame the United States for the attack of Russia against our democracy”.
For his part, the Director of National Intelligence of the United States, Dan Coats, said:
“I see no reason for the President not to believe their own agencies,” and insisted that there is evidence of Kremlin interference, stressing:
“We have been clear in our assessments of Russian interference in the 2016 elections and their efforts continuous and widespread to undermine our democracy”.
John Brennan, former director of the CIA, wrote on Twitter:
“I consider Trump to be nothing less than a traitor”.
Donald Trump is inexperienced in politics and hence his mistakes with the system he represents. As a merchant he may have relations with Russia, but in politics he must understand that he does not have the freedom to do the same.
Lack of political background has made him commit the serious error of being considered with the power to act as he sees fit, because the White House is a different and complicated company.
In the United States, they will never allow you to violate the guidelines established by the system.
The war is declared against Trump and if he does not bow to the real forces of power, his political future will be very uncertain, and may even cost him his life; In the end it would not be the first.
Reason José Martí had when he said:
“Here, interests can be even more than justices”.
